Shipping and Returns

  • Items that have 'FREE SHIPPING' noted only have free shipping to locations inside the lower 48 United States of America.
  • All items over $500 WILL REQUIRE A SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY!
  • We will notify you if any of the items you ordered are on ''back-order'' for more than ten days with an estimated date we will ship the item. We will get your authorization BEFORE charging your credit card should an item be on backorder for more than ten days.
  • ALL RETURNS MUST BE PRE-AUTHORIZED AND INCLUDE A R.M.A. NUMBER TO BE ACCEPTED!  Please contact us if you need to return an item BEFORE shipping it back. All returns or cancellations will be charged a 25% restocking fee.  Shipping costs will not be refunded. All items returned MUST be post marked back to us within 15 calendar days EXACTLY as they were shipped out (UNOPENED AND UNDAMAGED!)  Any items that were removed from their box or packaging, or obviously installed, modified, or damaged in any way will be denied a return and shipped back to the client at the client's cost.  There are no returns on special order items, items made outside the USA, custom made SpeedForSale or Blackwell items, electrical items, or used parts. This includes custom made wheels, turbo timers, boost controllers, ECU or piggy back computers, JDM parts, body kits/wings/hoods, turbo kits, transmission kits, etc.  Returned items will be given store credit only, not a monetary refund.
  • Any 'refused' or 'unclaimed' shipments that are returned to us will be assessed a 25% restocking fee plus the shipping cost of the item to and from your location. 
  • Depending on the size of the package and the location we are shipping to, we ship via FedEx, DHL, TNT, UPS, or our local shipping agent.
  • We ship internationally daily and have clients on 6 continents.
  • We ship all items WITH shipping insurance, and are not responsible for damages caused during shipping. Please file a claim with the appropriate shipping company if your item was damaged during transit; we can assist you if you need help. PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ITEM BEFORE SIGNING FOR IT, BECAUSE IF YOU DO NOT AND LATER DISCOVER THE ITEM IS DAMAGED, YOUR CLAIM WILL BE DENIED! Make the shipper wait if you have to, just make sure to ALWAYS inspect ANY package you get before the shipper leaves. This should be done for ANY package you receive, not just from us!
