We offer many different levels of porting for the 13b engine. Standard Street Port includes 4 intake ports and 2 exhaust ports. Our template is larger than the industry standard for a medium streetport, yet not considered large by our standards. Porting includes porting/polishing the runners for the ports that is left rough by Mazda casting, and matching them to the factory LIM Gasket. Street Porting will allow more airflow into the engine providing the opportunity to make more horsepower. Our standard streetport will run fine on the stock ecu with a slight change in idle. Why having your engine rebuilt, porting is the best bang for the buck in horsepower gains. Large Street Porting, Half Bridge Porting, and Full Bridge Porting are all also available.
