For extreme high performance applications where high performance GTR engine and transmission combinations are being pushed to the limit the WR35CPR 7 Stack competition clutch assembly gives that crucial edge. With 7 plates per clutch (giving a total of 14 clutch plates in a WR35CPR system) this clutch system retains the unique high friction properties of WR35CP and adds 15% more drive area for increased power transfer and lower heat loads.
Developed and tested in a 700awhp+ big turbo equipped GTR WR35CPR has proven to deliver greater torque transfer than a conventional 6 plate (12 in total) clutch replacement system, and do so with lower overall wear levels. Each WR35CPR Composite clutch system comes with both friction plates and also new steels to allow for ease of fitment and maximised overall performance.
