ADDITIONAL OPTIONS ARE SHOWN AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE!
With Flex Fuel tuning options becoming more and more popular, many are making this conversion. We’ve been doing this in house for a long time now, but we have gotten a lot of requests for ‘kits’ to make this easier for the DIY guys.
We’ve put together a few options to make this as PNP as possible. Our kits handle the mounting and plumbing, but we do not provide a PNP wiring side of things. COBB has provided good wiring instructions on how to wire the ethanol content sensor into the ecu for true flex fuel tuning.
Our base kit covers your mounting and plumbing, assuming you already have the flow through flex fuel sensor (mounting bracket is for the style sensor we have pictured).
The next option adds the ethanol content sensor to the kit, this would cover everything necessary for an install with ecu based flex fuel control and reading ethanol content through your ecu if you have a Syvecs.
The last option includes the Zeitronix ECA kit, which adds a digital display you can install in the car for quick and easy monitoring of ethanol content. This option also allows you to wire in a switch (switch not included) and monitor both ethanol content and fuel temperature. The complete kit is required for Flex Fuel tuning with COBB or EcuTek as the display is what converts the sensor's digital signal to an analog 5v output that the ecu needs to see.
