Please note this only fits 2008-2011 GT-R, not 2012 and newer. We are proud to announce first ever strut bar for the GT-R. We have installed these on multiple GT-Rs and they fit well, along with having positive feedback from clients using them at the track (CLICK HERE to view multiple feedback comments.) This brace stiffens up the chassis of the GT-R, which helps handling, improves steering feel and sensitivity, helps initial turn-in, and reduces interior rattles and flexing when going over rough surfaces. It also retains the factory routing and ducting from the NACA ducts on the GT-R's hood which route air down to the turbochargers to cool them. The brace is made of 6061A Aluminum Alloy, and only weighs about 6 pounds. It also has a durable metallic silver finish, which matches the GT-R intake plenum cover and other pieces very nicely. Also, to access the engine oil filler cap, you simply loosen the single bolt on each side of the bar and swing it up out of the way; very simple!
