This is a response someone from the UK received from Nissan about the new GTR performance. New times will be released just like when the GTR was first released. They post a very good time and then post a better time. The response is below.

As far as dealers are concerned some key performance information was not been released to anybody, primarily the 0-62mph acceleration time and the lap time recorded around the Nurburgring. Basically these test were performed in not ideal conditions and we feel that the results were not a fair reflection of what the new car is capable of. Official 0-62 times will be released in the coming months and a new Nurburgring lap time will be carried out as and when Mizuno’s team have an opportunity to do so. This will now be some time in the New Year when the weather conditions improve.

I would like to thank you for your observation and feedback which are imperative to the Sports Team here at NMGB

It's funny how the Cadillac CTS-V commercial advertises that it's the fastest production car sedan in the world due to its Nurburgring time. They mentioned the Mercedes and BMW but not the Nissan GT-R... Also advertised 0-60 time as 3.9 seconds... Although the GT-R is not a sedan, sorry Cadillac, keep trying...

The Caddy has the N-ring record for 4-door sedans (at just under 8 minutes). Impressive for a 4-door, but of course nowhere near the sub 7:30 times that Godzilla runs.

Thumbs up

A lot of people don't know, but those LED's are an optional accessory for the 2010's!!

That blue looks hot but BLACK is still the best! (when it's clean...)

Also ~ If dealers aren't being flexible on the 2011's ~ I've got a brand new 2010 with only 73 miles on it... just sayin'
