Have you removed your Nissan badge from the rear of the car ?

No don't do it. Yes it is cleaner, I thought about doing it but I found out it is a good handle to use when pulling the trunk down.

removed it the week after i bought it, scratched the trunk in the process, got it buffed out and looks way better, also removed the GTR emblem in the front of the car, looks very aggressive in my opinion nice and clean throughout, not to mention people have no idea wtf it is, i get that everyday someone asks excuse me what is that, i tell them new mitsubishi eclipse, they respond mitsubishi i knew it. lmfaoo

I took the GT-R emblem off the back, but left the Nissan badge. It reduces the # of cars following me from behind with 10 ft of distance. Really looking fwd to seeing nickbegonja55's pics for how the front looks w/o the GT-R badge.

Not at all. You'll see what I mean after a few weeks of driving the car around town. Not that it would be annoying enough to make you want to remove your rear badge, but definitely enough to make you nervous over the fact that their brakes aren't anywhere near as good as yours.

Rear looks much nice IMO without the Nissan Logo. Its like the Vette. No Chevy Logo. The GTR should become a brand on its own IMO

Its very easy. Its held by double sided tape. pull out from one corner and work your way out.

Hrmm... Dealer told me that the Nissan badge is screwed in. Were they full of sh*t?

If so, I'm taking off the Nissan emblem.

Not screwed in. Still, I had mine removed by a paint guy so he could clean things up post-op.

The way I see it, to take off the huge-esque Nissan badge would only add to their shroud of confusion and befuddlement...

Had a local paint & body shop (that worked on my other cars) pop it off during lunch. Looks kind of naked as I'm used to the Nissan badge being there, but it definitely looks cleaner!
