Hey bud, please submit the other information that I requested above in the opening thread, as the numbers alone without the other data will not suffice. Thanks!

Default Ceramic Wheel Bearings

I manufacture Ceramic wheel bearings, transmission bearings, and other misc bearings for cars and trucks. Advanced Horse PowerResearch ceramic bearings are the most advanced bearings in today's market. Ceramic bearings offer many advantages, such as higher speed and acceleration capability, 60% lower friction, lower vibration, less heat build up, and are 6 times stronger than your average stock bearings. My bearings have a smoother surface finish than steel bearings, and the thermal properties are also better which results in less heat generation due to friction at high speeds. My bearings require less lubricant and exhibit less lubrication degradation, which increases bearing life. Our bearings are engineered and tested to operate in all types of environments. Ceramics are also resistant to oxidation, and are nonconductive unlike steel bearings. The advantages to Advanced HorsePower research ceramic bearings are smoother acceleration, increase in wheel horse power, increase in torque, increase in fuel economy, better handling, less vibration and require no maintenance. I offer them for all makes and models, we also do allot of turbo conversions, fitting ceramic bearings which increases spool time, Hp, and longevity. Transmission bearings reduce the valiant vibration from the transmission that transfers into the rotating assemble in the engine, which decreases the chance of engine failure. We test all kits on a dynapack 4000 dynometer, depending on mods to the car readings may vary, the more hp you have the bigger gains you will see. These kits where designed for after market performance gains, and within the last five years all of my customer’s street cars have gained fuel economy. The last car I logged in used 250 miles on a full tank, and after the wheel bearings it was doing 285-290 on a full tank. The rolling resistance is dramatically reduced so the car rolls allot smoother and acceleration improves as well. Each car varies with gains depending on weight and also how it is driven. I have been manufacturing these bearings for over 10 years and have never had a failure, or any type of complaints.

MC

Coming from the cycling world where ceramic bearings are now used in every place possible it is all about decreasing FRICTION. The ceramic ball bearings are far ROUNDER, harder, lighter, more thermal resistant than traditional steel. They therefore can spin faster, get less hot and tolerate lower lubrication levels. They also last longer. This considerable decrease in friction is a great modification because you get the benefits at all speeds but at low speeds and initiation of motion from a stop you are particularly benefiting due to lower coefficient of friction.
