Jeremy in the removal process you mention removing the heat shield and in step 13 it is referred to as the heat insulator. Exactly what is this and where located? Next question as this is my second tranny fluid change and I noticed a drain plug by what seems to be the pump. Should this be drained as well or will it cause pump priming issues? Servicing a 2010 and not sure if there were any OEM changes made.
